What are cookies

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use them only to run the site.

No analytics or tracking cookies

We don't use analytics, advertising, or session-recording cookies, and no third party sets cookies through this site. Every cookie we set is strictly necessary for the site to work, so there is nothing to opt in to or out of — which is why you won't see a cookie banner.

Necessary cookies — always on

These can't be switched off because the site can't function without them:

session_id — keeps you signed in (creator accounts).
player_session_id — keeps you signed in to your respondent account, if you create one.
locale — remembers your chosen UI language.
language_check_name_… — on a shared translation-review link, remembers the name you chose to give (for 90 days, and only if you gave one).
